Kraft Foods has two productions sites with three factories. This includes a biscuit factory in Johor Bahru and a salty snack factory and biscuit line in Prai, Penang. Kraft foods has a total headcount of approximately 1,300 employees with a total industrial headcount of about 700 employees comprising of foreign, local and contact workers. 85% of products are for domestic consumption although an increasing percentage is exposed to South East Asia, Australia, China and other international markets.
